Meet Kyle Dake, he's an American world champion freestyle wrestler and former folkstyle wrestler.

He's been quoted as saying that "I wasn't worried about going to parties, going out late with my friends drinking or anything like that, I was just worried about being the best I could possibly be at wrestling."

Participating in wrestling helps young athletes control emotions, take responsibility and think positively. Numerous researchers state, that the disciplined nature of sports prevents bad habits.

Zoom wrestling classes are a thing at Impact. Even if physical classes have yet to be phased back in, having a coach in your home via the laptop / TV can motivate your child to start thinking about a path that requires them to focus and disciplined. It all counts.
